Sign Up Your Team

Create your organization account with your access code. Connect your tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom) and invite your team. The first 5 users are free for 6 months.

What happens after 6 months?

After 6 months, you'll move to our startup rate of $1/user/day (~$30/month per user) instead of the standard $7/user/day. You'll continue to have Employee Rewards, so your team's usage can offset or even eliminate your bill entirely.

What if we grow beyond 5 users during the free period?

Additional users beyond the first 5 are billed at the startup rate of $1/user/day during the 6-month trial. But remember—Employee Rewards credits can offset this cost, often reducing your bill to zero.

How do Employee Rewards work?

As employees use Ari (completing reflections, giving recognition, attending meetings), they earn points. These points can be converted to gift cards from popular retailers. Each employee can earn up to $10/month in rewards. Company credits work similarly but reduce your invoice.

How do I get an access code?

Access codes are distributed through our partner network of VCs, accelerators, and incubators. You can also get a referral code from another startup already using Ari. If you don't have a connection, email us at startups@ariso.ai and we'll help you find a path.

Can non-profits participate?

Yes! Registered 501(c)(3) organizations (or equivalent) with 25 or fewer employees qualify for the same benefits as early-stage startups. Contact us with your non-profit documentation to get your access code.
